In many churches
there is the "80/20 Rule."
20% of the congregation does 80% of the serving in the church body. Every person who attends The Rock is asked to serve in at least one area. This has led to an incredible atmosphere of love and care for one another, with over 90% of the Rock body serving at any given time.
